Founded in 2000 "da Silva & Cendoya" associated with Dr. Nicolás Cendoya and Dr. Alvaro da Silva; both graduated from the Law School of the Universidad de la República (University of the Republic of Uruguay) In the beginning practicing civil law and labor law, growing fast together with our client`s requirements into new areas of practice such as commercial law, maritime and aeronautical law , criminal law, administrative law, environmental law, mining and energy law, telecommunications, securities, entertainment, migration and residence, real estate, insurance, consumer protection, and product liability, banking and financing, m & a, corporate finance, taxation and tax planning, litigation and arbitration. The two founder partners were professors at the Law School at the University of the Republic. Work was always based on the principles of trust and honesty> An outstanding ethical behavior and the most strict moral values are our everyday goals which are as well required to each of our professionals. Since it was founded D & C has being growing at an impressive speed, first in the domestic market, and then abroad. Since July 2006, the firm moved it offices to it actual location, in 18 de Julio Avenue, 856/3 in Montevideo, with 200 square meters of offices, counting with a staff of 9 lawyers, two notaries and two accountants. But the firm not only grew in Montevideo, but all over the country with offices in strategic cities such as Colonia del Sacramento, Paysandú, Rocha, San José, Punta del Este, Rocha, Salto and Tacuarembó, giving in this way an integral and personal service to it clients who invested in tourism, real state, farming and agricultural, and cattle.
